All order are processed within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During high demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
Shipping rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping (U.S): 3-7 business days
- Express Shipping (U.S): 1-3 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may very due to carrier delays.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Lost or stolen packages
Lael is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If you experience an issue, please contact the shipping provider directly.
Incorrect Shipping Information
